REFUND POLICY

Domestic Orders:

Urbi Goods offers a 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE with RETURNS OR EXCHANGES for all items up to 14 days after the item has arrived. Please contact our team at info@urbigoods.com for more information.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once the item arrives, please allow 3-5 business days for processing of your refund. You will receive a notification once the refund has been processed, allow 2-3 business days for the refund to post on your account.

Each piece is hand-made once an order is place by our team in Leesburg, Virginia USA and is extensively quality checked. 

International:

We currently only operate in USA.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. Please contact us at info@urbigoods.com and we will either provide a refund or a replacement as you request.

All our products go through a rigorous quality check before shipment. However, for any issues with your piece, please contact us. We offer returns or replacement on a case by case basis.

Please include your order number and detailed photos and we'll get back to you within 2-3 days.
